Professional Qualifications
I trained in integrative-transpersonal psychotherapy in London. The transpersonal approach goes beyond the mind and emotions as it includes our spirituality.
My training includes a five year Psychotherapy diploma at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) and a 2 year MA in Transpersonal Psychotherapy at DeMontfort University.
Before becoming a psychotherapist in Blackheath I worked in care-coordination roles for people with mental health difficulties/diagnoses and this gave me valuable experience with regards to working with depression, childhood trauma, anxiety, panic, anger, bipolar issues (manic depressive) and many other mental health challenges.
